4) Germany and Austria: Rudesheim, Meersburg, Innsbruck, Oberammergau, Salzburg, Munich and Rothenburg.

5) Pope Benedict's Bavaria: Freising, Salzburg, Oberammergau, Munich.

6) Eastern Europe: Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Oberammergau, Rothenburg.

7) Switzerland: Munich, Oberammergau, Lugano, Zermatt, Montreux, Lucerne Area.

8) Northern Italy, Salzburg and Switzerland: Lucerne area, Lugano, Montecatini Terme, Venice/Mestre, Salzburg, Oberammergau, Rothenburg.
